At 7:00 am, depart from Nairobi for a scenic drive northward, covering
approximately 310 km. Along the way, you'll traverse through picturesque
tea, coffee, and sisal plantations, with a stopover to admire the
snow-capped peaks of Mount Kenya.
Continuing your journey, you'll cross the equator into the semi-arid county
of Samburu. Enjoy your first game drive en route to Ashnil Samburu Camp,
where you'll check in and have lunch. In the afternoon, set out for another
exhilarating game drive. Later, return to the camp after witnessing the
African sunset for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, immerse yourself in a full day of unparalleled wildlife

Samburu Sopa Lodge. You will embark on a drive to Lake Nakuru National Park.

Afterward, you will proceed for an exciting afternoon game drive. The bird
life here is world-renowned, with over 400 bird species recorded including
white pelicans, plovers, egrets, and marabou stork. It is also one of the
few places in Africa to see white and black rhinos and rare Rothschild
giraffes.
You will return to base in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at
Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.
