Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) you will be met by Signature Safaris’ representative and drive you to your accommodation in Nairobi for overnight stay waiting for your adventures to start on the following day.

Depart early in the morning for the Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of the last places on Earth where wildlife thrives in numbers reminiscent of the historic plains and forests of Africa. As the northern extension of the expansive Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara is famed for the spectacular seasonal migration of thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and their predators. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive.

After breakfast, we embark on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch provided. The reserve is renowned for its black-maned lions and abundant resident wildlife, and it's one of the few places where you can spot the Big Five during a morning game drive. Many cheetahs in the reserve are so accustomed to vehicles that they often seek shade beneath them and occasionally climb onto the roofs for a better view of potential prey. Bird enthusiasts will be thrilled to know that almost 500 species have been recorded here, including 16 species of eagles, numerous hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 species of bustards (including the Kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sunbirds.

You will have an early morning game drive until 9:30 am starts the day, where you'll aim to see animals during their hunt. After the game drive, you will return to the hotel for breakfast. From here, you will spend time at a Maasai village before you depart to Nairobi with lunch at Narok. After lunch, you will drive to Lake Naivasha, where you will arrive in the late afternoon. Now it is time for a boat trip! You will see many bird species and water animals like hippos during the boat trip. Make sure you are ready to take some photos! You will have dinner and overnight an overnight stay.

It is also one of the best places in Africa to see large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five distinct habitats here, from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli to wetlands with sulfur springs, savannahs, and woodlands.

In the afternoon, experience more game drives in this remarkable park, known for its red elephants. Tsavo West, along with Tsavo East National Park, forms the expansive Tsavo National Park. This park is characterized by its lava fields, springs, man-eating lions, and magical sunsets. Unique attractions include the Mzima Springs, which produce over fifty million gallons of crystal-clear water, and the Shetani Lava Flows. Tsavo West is wetter than Tsavo East and is one of Kenya's oldest parks.

As one of Kenya's largest protected areas, it boasts unparalleled biodiversity, serving as a meeting point for northern and southern wildlife. The park, nine times larger than the Masai Mara National Reserve, is famous for its mane-less lions, large herds of red dust-covered elephants, and cheetahs. With sparse vegetation, wildlife spotting is generally easier than in other parks.

Begin your day with an early morning game drive, seeking out animals and big cats that may have emerged overnight. After the game drive, return to the lodge for a full breakfast. Check out from the lodge around 10:00 am and start your journey back via the Mombasa-Nairobi highway, where you will be dropped off at your beach hotel or Moi International Airport.
