Day 0: Arrival – Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be met by your driver and transferred to  https://www.tuliahotelandspa.com/ in Arusha for dinner and overnight. Settle into your accommodation, ready to start your safari proper in the morning. Depending on your arrival time, you may have your pre-safari briefing today of  Tanzania Safari ; if not, it will take place early tomorrow morning before depart for safari.

Day 1: Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a nature walk at the edge of the lake. This is a great opportunity for you to learn about different plants with their medicinal uses, animal tracks, insects, flowers and to see flamingos in Lake Manyara and other animals. It awakens your senses, as you become part of the wilderness. After a few hours you hop into the safari vehicle and continue with a game drive. In this small, but beautiful park with dense forest you can spot lots of monkeys, giraffes, elephants, impalas, hippos, flamingos and if you are lucky you may spot the rare tree climbing lions.Accommodation will be Octagon Lodge situated amidst colorful and exotic gardens and provides a perfect base for visiting the Northern Parks of Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park (Central)

The entire day is dedicated to game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. You will either go on a full day game drive or join early morning and afternoon drives in the Seronera area, depending on last night’s stop. Between December and May huge herds of wildebeests and zebras will be seen, with calves and foals being born between January and March. The Seronera area is also the best place to spot the shy and nocturnal leopard.Dinner and overnight will be at the Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge Central, where a delectation of dining, rest and, relaxation await us, and a sleep upon the ‘Endless Plain’ as our minds eye roves over the sights and sounds of the day.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park (Northern)

Depart this morning for a game drive in the central part of the Serengeti. This part is famous for the abundance of lions and leopards that can usually be seen quite easily. Game  viewing in this central area is spectacular all year round. Enjoy the views of endless plains and stunning wildlife like cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, hippos, ostrich, aardvark, pangolin and many more. Day 4: Serengeti (Northern)

Rise up early for a morning game drive along the Mara River. It is truly an amazing experience to see all those hoofed mammals in search of water and greener pastures, followed by iconic predators. A journey full of danger where only the strongest survive. You may also see hippos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, warthogs and if you are lucky the endangered black rhino. After the afternoon game drive, you head back to the lodge.Dinner and overnight will be at Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge Northern

Day 5: Serengeti National Park (Northern)

Another day of morning and afternoon game drives in the North Serengeti along the Mara river. Dust exploding, lions stalking a moveable feast, gigantic crocodiles and fast flowing wild rivers await the herds as they head north. The river crossing of thousands of wildebeest and zebra is absolutely one of the most breathtaking natural wonders in Africa. Return to Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp in the afternoon for dinner and overnight.Dinner and overnight will be at Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge Northern

Day 6: Serengeti Northern - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After having a delicious and heavy breakfast, depart for a game drive you will leave Serengeti with a game drive to explore the central portion of the Serengeti National Park today while heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The legendary Serengeti National Park is the most renowned safari destination for its incredible population of lions and leopards. The central portion of the Serengeti – known as Seronera area is one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. It features the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. During the off season of the migration, one must really look out for the many lion pride that thrive in this region. The interactions and survival of these lion pride provide an excellent game viewing experience all year round. Along with a picnic lunch during the full day game drive evening. We are completely flexible with your preferences and this day will be doing another full game drive since the Serengeti is large and vast we can find different areas to exploit and spot animals and when you are lucky enough you can even see some events such as animal hunting and fighting. Later on after this beautiful scenery tour with full of memories we starts our en-route game drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, on the way we will be able to spot different animals and bird species, then upon our arrival at Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge. Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge, situated only a few hundred meters from the crater’s rim, offers a perfect base to explore the Ngorongoro Crater and its surroundings.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you descend into the crater, enjoy full day game drive in the crater.The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino.Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its huge population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard. We will enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor.Accommodation will be Octagon Lodge situated amidst colorful and exotic gardens and provides a perfect base for visiting the Tarangire National Park .

Day 8: Tarangire National Park

Enjoy a game drive in Tarangire National Park with picnic breakfast. This lovely  park boasts the largest concentrations of elephants in the world and the highest number of breeding bird species. Especially during the dry season, Tarangire National park is packed with wildlife. Big cats like lions, cheetahs and leopards, but also the seldom seen Kudu, Oryx and Gerenuk. If you are lucky you can even spot the tree-climbing python. Return to the lodge for dinner. In the evening you depart for a night game drive in the park. Discover nocturnal animals like porcupines, pangolin, aardvark and others. Overnight will be at  Lake Burunge Tented Lodge.

Day 9: Departure Day

On this last day of your Tanzania Safari you drive back  from Tarangire with a gamedrive to Arusha for lunch and then continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport for you departure flight.
