Detailed Itinerary

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be welcomed by your driver guide and after a brief briefing, you will be transferred to Tamadind tree hotel for dinner and overnight. Ideally located just 5 km southwest of the City within the spacious Carnivore grounds and its iconic Carnivore Restaurant, Tamarind Tree Hotel has easy access to Nairobi, its national park, and the country’s diverse attractions via the neighboring Nairobi Wilson Airport and Southern Bypass.With the new expressway, you will only spend 15 Minutes from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Tamarind Tree Hotel The nearby suburbs are among Nairobi’s liveliest and most popular with world-class shopping malls, and restaurants.

In the morning at 0830hrs pick up from your hotel in Nairobi and transferred to Nanyuki for acclimatization, lunch, dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast, then the van will take you to the starting point of your climbing, at the Sirimon Park gate. Trek thru the rain forest, taking lunch en-route, proceed to old Moses hut for dinner and overnight.

Wake up in the /Midnight/at 0230hrs, Walk up to the summit (point lenanaAfter an early morning breakfast, walk thru Mackindas Valley with your lunch box, later arrive Shiptons camp for dinner and overnight.

In the Mid night, wake up at 0230 hrs; proceed with hike up to the summit, point lenana. After a joyful time on the peak, descend to the Mackinders hut (4300m) for breakfast. Take a packed lunch with you down to the Met station camp for dinner and overnight.
